What Is A Wedding/Event Consultant?

As your event consultant, we will assist you in creating your wedding concept. We will develop a budget for you, and manage the budget throughout the planning of your wedding.

Once you have selected a venue, we can arrange your site visits and tastings, negotiate your contracts with the vendor, and arrange lodging for your out-of-town guests. We have established relationships with award winning qualified vendors to provide your wedding services such as transportation, videography, photography, cake decorators, stationary, lighting, and bridal attire.

 Those referrals are at our fingertips. We also work with décor companies to create the ambiance you desire. Once all of your vendors have been solidified, we will correspond with them, and create your wedding day timeline. Whether your bridal party is near or far, we will assist you in managing all of their fittings, bridal activities, correspondence throughout the planning of the wedding, and wedding day timeline.

All of the logistics and administrative duties throughout the planning of the wedding, will be managed by Sivyrc. The day before your wedding, we will supervise and direct your wedding rehearsal. On your wedding day, we will coordinate the bridal party, vendor services, design concepts, and facilitate the wedding ceremony and reception.
